HOW TO BOOK
All bookings are by appointment only. Booking is available online via book now link.
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for new clients for nail and spray tan appointments to secure your booking.
Payment details are sent in your confirmation email. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, your booking may be cancelled.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable.
You may transfer your deposit once if you reschedule with more than 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit and a cancellation or no-show fee will apply as per our booking policies.
Makeup booking deposits - will be advised upon confirmed quote.
PRIVATE HOME BASED STUDIO
Appointments are 1-on-1 only.
My space is designed for a private and relaxing experience and is not suitable for children or guests.
INFO ON THE DAY
You will receive a text reminder the morning of your appointment with:
• Your appointment time
• Address & parking details
• How to find the studio
Please arrive on time, wait in your car and text me. I will advise when you can come in for your appointment. If I am running behind with a client, I will let you know.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
To ensure that you never forget an appointment you will receive an email 72 hours prior to your appointment, which allows you to cancel / reschedule before the 48 hour notice period.
You will also be sent an email 24 hours prior to your appointment, and I will send you a text reminder on the day.
NO REFUNDS
All services and deposits are non-refundable.
If you experience any lifting, chipping, or breakage within 7 days of your appointment, I offer a complimentary repair. After this period, standard repair fees will apply.
No refunds or changes allowed for group and makeup bookings as time is allocated in advance and unable to be filled.
CONTENT CREATION
Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment and shared on social media.
If you prefer not to be featured, please let me know on arrival.

LATENESS POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
SICKNESS POLICY
If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. I work in close contact with clients and it’s important to maintain a healthy environment for everyone. If you arrive sick, you may be asked to reschedule and my cancellation policy will apply.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
More than 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows time to try and fill the space with someone else.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, a 50% fee of the services booked and loss of deposit will apply.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total.
The cancellation/reschedule or no show fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.
Failure to do so will result in all future appointments being cancelled or declined.
